As a Registered Investment Advisor representative, a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Fred concentrates on the Firm’s wealth management practice. He assists clients in the preparation of investment strategies and portfolio management. Fred sees his role as his clients’ chief financial officer - someone who can view their financial situation with the discipline and perspective needed to help them make smart decisions about the management of their wealth and free them from “money worries” so they can turn their attention to the things they truly enjoy doing.
After college, he served for five years in the U.S Navy as an A-6 Bombardier/Navigator. Upon returning to civilian life, he attended graduate school at Old Dominion University at Norfolk, Virginia. In 1995, Fred joined Maxwell Locke & Ritter. Fred’s client work is concentrated in ML&R Wealth Management LLC.
