As an Investment Advisor Representative, Sam has served in a consultative capacity with ML&R Wealth Management since January, 2006. He assists clients in preparation of investment strategies, portfolio management and risk management systems to achieve their life goals.
Prior to ML&R, Sam worked in health care and hi-tech industries in several corporate and senior level positions with Johnson & Johnson, Tandem Computers, and Applied Materials. Sam retired from Applied Materials in December 2002 and joined ML&R as a Solicitor from November 2003 to December 2005. Sam became an Investment Advisor Representative with the firm, as a consultant, in January, 2006.
Sam has passed the National Association of Securities Dealers’ General Securities Registered Representative (Series 65) Exam; Life and Health Insurance License Exam (Texas); Texas Real Estate License (Residential); and Sam has been awarded the Life Underwriter and Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) through the American College and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
