Professional Background

Fred is a five-year veteran of the U.S Navy as an A-6 Bombardier/Navigator. Post-Navy, he attended graduate school at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. His experience as a financial advisor for retirement plans as well as individual wealth management began in 1995 as he gained experience at Maxwell Locke & Ritter.

As a part of the ML&R Wealth Management team, Fred brings his wealth of experience to the forefront. He has passed the National Association of Securities Dealers’ General Securities Registered Representatives (Series 7) Exam and the Uniform Securities Agent State Law (Series 63) Exam.
